We are looking for a a multi talented individual who will report to and support our Academy Training Managers, working cohesively on the end-to-end management of several training courses.

We run a series of webinars, one day pre-view events, 50 plus 3-day in-person bootcamps, a 12-month mastermind program, as well as quarterly reunion conferences too.

What Skills You Need:
Ability to work independently and assume responsibility .
Work closely with internal teams to provide a high level of service .
1 year+ conference/events/training logistics experience. 
Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills. 
"Can-do" attitude and a willingness to be flexible if business priorities change. 
Excellent organisational skills, able to work under pressure and within tight timelines 
Ability to confidently liaise with clients and stakeholders of all levels.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Flexibility in this role, is key.


Your Role:
Close liaison with the in-house Academy Training Managers, to help ensure clients are booked to designated courses via the CRM system. 
Assist the Academy Training Managers with the running of live courses on-site, handle client queries and troubleshoot as required.
Assist with mentor's requirements.
Record Customer Feedback Forms on our internal data-sheets.
Assist in searching for, and booking, venues for events.
Database management to ensure it is GDPR compliant and current.
Assist with producing event documentation, branded materials and printed items. 
Organisation and procurement of brand merchandise and promotional visuals.
Plus, any additional related administrative tasks as required
.
