As part of our Client Success Team, you as a Client Success Specialist will assist in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that Assets for Life customers’ expectations are exceeded. You will manage all additional contacts, proactively monitor customer commitments and appointments, and ensure all confirmed purchase orders are analysed to verify correct completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through direct communication via phone, email, SMS and live chat. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the customer journey is hassle free and solution based.
Crew at our preview training events to help educate and provide value to customers through having a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
The Role:
You will provide a first-class personalised customer service, creating a friendly and welcoming customer journey, maximizing upon customer engagement and loyalty.
You will need to sell solution-based outcomes that meet the needs of our customers, this includes upgrading our event delegates experience to VIP and ensuring that our customers have taken full advantage of our discounted pricing model.
You will have the ability to resolve a wide variety of issues that the customer might experience through their journey, via the understanding of our product service offering and involving internal stakeholders.
You will need the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently and effectively to meet the set quality, service, and performance goals of the Company, whilst supporting your fellow team members to create a smooth customer experience.
You will understand the importance of a best practice sharing culture, always striving to find ways to prompt this culture and change mind sets.
You will need to follow strict compliance regulations that include control of customer data under GDPR.
